- A PhD with a medical degree and a science background who recently grew a business from $100K to $23 million
- An electronics engineer who’s worked 20+ years as a product development leader in Schneider Electric, and has built and launched many products in his career
We have all built technical products and been “on the other side”. We have then dedicated the next part of our career to the other most important activity of any business: sales.
We’re an agile team that works in short iterations focused on delivering results and on iterative improvements. We communicate transparently and are always just a phone call, or email, away from our customers.

Andy is our operations master and our US connection.
He is an expert operations executive who plans and builds technology companies and programs in the biotech and CPG space. He has built, grown and run high-tech business operations for over a decade, either as a Chief Operating Office, senior exec or interim leader.
He is based in Seattle, US.
